President

With a big-picture mindset and a steady hand on execution, Edward has grown both companies into trusted names in high-end residential remodeling. He leads with vision—ensuring every project not only meets the highest standards of craftsmanship but is delivered on time and within budget.
Taylor M. Martin
Customer Engagement Coordinator
Taylor M. Martin recently joined Oteri Kitchen and Bath as Customer Engagement Coordinator, bringing fresh energy and a client-first mindset to the team. With a background in relationship management and communications, Taylor is focused on building meaningful connections with new and prospective clients. She serves as a key point of contact—ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, expectations are clearly understood, and every client feels supported from the first conversation onward. Taylor’s approachable style and attention to detail make her a valuable asset as the company continues to grow its reputation for exceptional service.
Jennifer Moore
Vice-President
Jennifer Moore, a licensed real estate broker, graduate of McGill University in Economics, and key member of the Oteri Kitchen and Bath leadership team, brings strategic insight and a client-centered approach to every project. After building a successful career in corporate sales and management, she partnered with Edward Oteri to help grow the company’s reach and reputation. Jennifer has worked extensively with interior designers at the Boston Design Center, collaborating on layout planning, finish selection, and overall project flow. Her ability to coordinate with design professionals while keeping client priorities front and center makes her an indispensable part of the team—ensuring every space is optimized for style, functionality, and long-term value.
Fernando Graumann
Vice-President of Operations
Fernando Graumann, an exceptional Construction Supervisor licensed in three states, is widely recognized for his precision and project management expertise. He gained extensive experience framing high-end homes under his uncle’s guidance and went on to build a successful business of his own before partnering with Edward and Jennifer to launch Oteri Kitchen and Bath. As a founding member of the team and a trusted extension of the Oteri family, Fernando brings deep dedication and care to every project. His leadership and attention to detail help ensure that each job is executed to the highest standard. Fernando is a licensed Construction Supervisor in three states: Massachusetts, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Nicolas Oteri
Director of Operations
Nicolas Oteri combines a strong technical foundation with a strategic, client-focused mindset. He earned a Finance degree from UMass Boston after studying Industrial Engineering at Concordia University and is currently pursuing a master’s in business analytics at Nova School of Business and Economics. His previous role was at Caesars Entertainment where Nicolas supported the Las Vegas region through FP&A, ad-hoc analysis, and operational insights at the executive level that improved efficiency across multiple properties. Since 2017, he has held various roles at Oteri Construction, focusing on internal operations and ensuring smooth, high-quality project execution.
